One-on-one sessions

One-on-one work unfolds differently for each individual, but the foundations are always the same:

We start with the assumption that you have all the answers to The Big Questions and the seeds of transformation within you. Our work together is about unlocking new pathways, revealing powerful actions, and clearing away any ‘static’ that may be getting in the way. 

Throughout, we cultivate a sense of play and curiosity that allows you to go deeper into the work than may otherwise be possible.

  • These sessions focus on facilitating healing through a combination of breathwork, guided visualization, and energetic modalities like Reiki and channeling. Every session begins with a conversation then flows into a practice.

    After a single session, many folks report greater clarity, enhanced sense of wellbeing, and new insights. Deeper transformation or healing generally requires more than one session.

    Over time, sessions can support relief from anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive issues, chronic inflammation, limiting belief structures, and feelings of misalignment, disconnection, or isolation.

  • Spiritual Guidance and Mentoring focuses on supporting you on your journey, wherever you may be in your process. Working in collaboration with Spirit, we’ll weave a journey of discovery, remembrance, and alignment.

    Because it requires a greater investment of time and energy, I ask that any Guidance / Mentoring clients set up a brief exploratory call to determine if we’re a good fit.

  • What modalities do you use?

    This very much depends on what is needed. Most sessions weave together a combination of gentle breathwork, guided visualization, energy and vibrational medicine, and somatic explorations.

    What is your experience working with significant trauma?

    The majority of the folks I work with have experienced trauma of one kind or another, including major emotional or physical trauma. I’m a certified Trauma Informed Heartmath Facilitator and have a certificate in Integrative Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab.

    What are sessions ‘good’ for?

    Aside from general wellbeing, this work can be particularly helpful in addressing anxiety or depression, recovering from inflammatory conditions, and reconnecting with a sense of purpose and direction.
